You will be the day-to-day owner of BPO sales site reporting, tracking, and issue identification—surfacing key insights that drive business outcomes and leading initiatives to improve vendor delivery across Scaled Sales programs. You’ll work cross-functionally with Program Managers, Sales Ops, A&I, and BPO partners to ensure accuracy of performance data, execution of sales initiatives, and continuous improvements to operational delivery. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and an understanding of scaled sales processes and performance levers.
