SENIOR PRODUCT OPERATIONS MANAGER LOCATION: PUNE, INDIA WORKING MODEL : ON-SITE / 4-5 DAYS IN OFFICE SHIFT : UK SHIFT POSITION SUMMARY - We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to help scale how we build and deliver AI-powered offensive security at HackerOne. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design and improve the systems, insights, and workflows that enable high-quality product delivery. - In this role, you’ll focus on executing and optimizing product operations across the product development lifecycle—bringing clarity to complexity, improving decision-making through data, and embedding AI-driven approaches to increase efficiency and impact. As part of our growing Pune office, you’ll contribute to building scalable practices and a strong, collaborative culture.
