Accountant

As an Accountant at Wix, you’ll help oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations. You’ll work closely with the Finance department in Kyiv to handle various accounting functions. In your day-to-day, you will: ● Manage cost accounting activities ● Process accounts payable, including incoming invoices and VAT vouchers ● Prepare and submit VAT reports ● Participate in inventory processes and prepare related documentation ● Perform monthly account reconciliations ● Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations ● Oversee document flow and handle ad-hoc requests from the manager ● 5+ years of experience as an accountant ● Strong practical knowledge of national accounting regulations; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage ● Solid understanding of national tax regulations ● Have solid experience in accounting and tax accounting for an LLC ● Hands-on experience in collecting and analyzing accounting data ● Proficiency in accounting software including BAS (BAF), MeDoc, MS Office, and Vchasno; knowledge of Oracle or SAP is an advantage ● Upper Intermediate or higher level of English and fluent Ukrainian ● Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines We are Wix's Finance department.
