Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer at Wix, you'll play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our growing teams. You'll develop strategic sourcing strategies, collaborate with hiring managers. In your day-to-day, you will: • Proactively identify and engage with top-tier talent who aren't actively seeking new opportunities  • Analyze market trends and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies for niche roles  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical needs and influence hiring decisions through market insights  • Translate complex hiring metrics into actionable insights for leadership  • 2+ years of experience in a software company  • Proven track record in R&D sourcing, specifically for passive candidates in a fast-paced tech environment  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities  We are Wix's People Guild.
