As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will provide individual therapy to employees, management consultations, trainings, peer group sessions, critical incident response, and assessment and referral mental health support to employees at a global technology company. You may also provide consultation to HR, program managers, and people leaders on workplace and organizational issues. This role will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager. What you’ll be doing: Provide consultation and support to executive leaders, managers, Employee Resource Networks, teams, and employees to enhance wellbeing and workplace effectiveness onsite Monday through Thursday in Westminster, CO, from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. MT and virtually on Fridays from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. MT. Travel to other customer locations as needed to support onsite employees (5–10% travel expected). Deliver individual therapy sessions both onsite and virtually, using evidence-based, short-term, solution-focused approaches. Provide solution-focused consultations and connect employees to appropriate mental health and wellbeing resources. Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, HR partners, and key stakeholders, and execute against an organization-specific action plan. Provide management consultation to support leaders in addressing employee wellbeing and performance-related concerns. Complete management referral intakes, ensure appropriate placement, and guide leaders on EAP protocols and processes.
