We are hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to build and scale Deepgram’s strategic technology partner ecosystem from the ground up. This is a highly strategic, builder-oriented role focused on developing and expanding relationships with technology partners such as Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, and Tier-1 telcos. You will define what an AI-native partner motion looks like at Deepgram — driving sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions while leveraging AI, automation, and data to scale impact far beyond a traditional alliances organization. WHAT YOU’LL DO OWN THE STRATEGIC PARTNER STRATEGY - Build and execute Deepgram’s strategy across named technology partners including Genesys, Databricks, Snowflake, and major telecom providers - Develop joint value propositions, account plans, integration strategies, and executive governance cadences - Establish Deepgram as a strategic Voice AI and AI infrastructure partner within each ecosystem DRIVE PARTNER REVENUE MOTIONS Lead and scale: - Sell-to motions: Position Deepgram as an embedded Voice AI layer inside partner platforms and ecosystems - Sell-through motions: Enable partners to package and deliver repeatable AI-powered offerings to enterprise customers - Sell-with motions: Co-sell into enterprise accounts alongside partner field teams and Deepgram sellers BUILD PARTNER-SOURCED PIPELINE - Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets - Drive measurable revenue outcomes through strategic co-sell execution - Instrument forecasting, attribution, and reporting across the partner funnel CREATE JOINT SOLUTIONS & ENABLEMENT - Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and GTM teams to deve ...
