Currently these include Postgres, Redis, and ValKey.This small team has a laser focus on excellence and creative thinking to outpace a broad market of competitors. We are looking for someone to lead this team with energy and business acumen, and build more critical Keystones for our customers. What You'll DoDrive Product Excellence: Define and execute a vision for world-class infrastructure products (Postgres, Redis, ValKey), ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability that exceeds customer expectations. Lead and Develop the Team: Inspire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and ownership.Create the Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership and customers to identify market opportunities, prioritize product development, and build a roadmap for future "Keystone" offerings.Build Operational Efficiency: Optimize team processes to balance innovation and technical debt management, while maintaining operational excellence and minimizing interruptions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, customers, and internal teams to understand needs, align priorities, and ensure delivery of impactful features and solutions.What We're Looking For10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in management roles including managing and hiring managersDeep expertise in infrastructure technologies, particularly databases (Postgres, Redis) and distributed systems, with a track record of building scalable, rel ...
