We can’t wait to see what you’ll add to the mix!About the RoleWe're seeking a Brand Designer to support the evolution of our brand through visual identity, design systems, campaigns, events, long-form video, motion, merch, and storytelling across various digital and physical touchpoints. You don’t need a background in dev tools or startups, but you should thrive in fast-paced environments where adaptability, collaboration, and creativity are key. Previous experience working on SaaS brands is a plus.This is a full-time, in-person role based at our SoHo, New York studio, working five days a week.What You’ll DoCollaborate closely with the creative team, product, and marketing teams to define and evolve Graphite’s brand.Conceptualize and craft compelling visual narratives across diverse touchpoints, from product launches and campaigns, dynamic social content, and engaging event experiences to meticulously crafted merchandise, impactful presentation decks, and expressive video assets.Develop and regularly update detailed brand design system, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms.Present design concepts clearly, effectively connecting creative execution to strategic objectives.Contribute to efficient and effective design processes, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality work.Continuously explore new visual techniques, styles, and formats to maintain Graphite’s innovative creative edge.Requirements(What We’re Looking For)5+ years of experience in visual branding, design systems, and art direction.A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and meticulous craft.Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Passionate about creative exploration, risk-taking, and ongoing professional growth.Nice to havesExperience working on SaaS, enterprise, devtools, or productivity toolsMotion and animation skills (2D, 3D, or both)Experience with photo and video productionExperience using generative AI tools in design workflowsA good understanding of web front-end (i.e. HTML/CSS, React)Adaptable and comfortable in evolving startup environments.Experience with zero-to-one projectsLife at GraphiteCompetitive compensation: ($140-200k base + substantia ...
