Reporting to the Head of Professional Services and Customer Success, this role acts as the primary post-sales consultant for "AI-Ready" legal workflows and playbooks, specifically focused on the adoption and optimization of Jurist, Ironclad’s AI redlining agent. The LPS transforms subjective legal nuances into structured logic, ensuring customers achieve measurable efficiency gains and precise risk management.What You Will Be Doing:Educational Background: Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required to ensure empathy and shared vocabulary with our core persona.Commercial Expertise: 3–5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements). You should understand market-standard positions and fallbacks instinctively.Systems Thinking: The ability to deconstruct complex legal "unwritten rules" into structured logic and data-driven guidelines that AI can interpret.Strategic Advisory: Experience facilitating workshops or high-stakes consultations; comfortable translating a customer’s risk tolerance into product configurations.Technical Curiosity: While you won't write code, you have interest in AI technology and a desire to define the future of the AI CLM landscape.Communication & Influence: Ability to manage sensitive legal-stakeholder conversations and translate "legal-speak" into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.Operational Rigor: A builder mindset.
