We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.</p></div><p>As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Auth0 platform, you are a strategic, customer-centric technical expert who combines a software engineering background with a passion for identity and security. You possess that rare combination of technical savviness and business insight and are looking for a career where you can utilize both to drive revenue directly and through a thriving partner ecosystem.</p>
<p>In this hybrid role, you will be a trusted advisor to both customers and a portfolio of strategic partners. You will partner with our sales and alliances teams to demonstrate, design, and validate identity solutions that solve complex challenges and contribute directly to our growth. You will empathize with customers, quickly discern their true needs, and architect solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes.<br><br></p>
<p>This position is based in Warsaw, Poland. The role is remote, with the expectation of a transition to a hybrid office model in the future (2-3 days per week).</p>
<h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Customer Partner Pre-Sales:</li>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary technical and identity domain expert during the sales cycle for both direct customers and partners.</li>
<li>Deliver compelling product demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, and whiteboard sessions to a wide range of audiences, from developers to C-level executives.</li>
<li>Lead and support technical validation activities such as Proofs of Concept (PoCs).</li>
<li>Collaborate with Account Executives on territory and account strategies to win new business.</li>
</ul>
<li>Strategic Partner Development:</li>
<ul>
<li>Build and manage deep technical relationships with assigned Partners, teaming with the Okta Partner Account Team to drive incremental revenue through the channel.</li>
<li>Become a trusted advisor to your partners on all matters related to Identity and Access Management, helping them integrate Okta into their Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.</li>
<li>Develop domain expertise and thought leadership regarding your Partners’ current and future areas of focus.</li>
<li>Provide technical oversight, guidance, and assistance during your Partners' sales processes to ensure mutual success and exceptional customer outcomes.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3>What You’ll Bring to the Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience or a similar customer-facing technical role (e.g., consulting, professional services).</li>
<li>A strong passion for serving the customer and our partners, ensuring their success.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with code: understand, troubleshoot, and preferably write in one or more of the following development areas: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks), mobile (iOS, Android), or backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby).</li>
<li>Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.</li>
<li>Knowledge of modern approaches to software development/hosting: familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerized systems like Kubernetes.</li>
<li>An understanding of channel business models and a passion for working with partners.</li>
