<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.</span></p></div><p>As a Product Design Director (IC) at Roblox, you will be a visionary architect for the end-to-end Creator Ecosystem and core journeys. You will operate at the critical intersection of a diverse ecosystem, balancing the intuitive needs of hobbyist creators with the high-octane, professional requirements of world-class game studios.</p>
<p>Reporting to the <strong>Senior Director of Creator Experiences</strong> and partnering directly with the <strong>Chief Creator Experience Officer</strong>, you will tackle our most complex, interconnected challenges. Your mission is to identify where creative intent hits technical limits and bridge those gaps through systemic design. You will drive cross-group influence across Studio, Creator Success, Game Solutions, and Content Platforms to unlock novel content and accelerate the pace of creation on a global scale.</p>
<p>As a senior design leader and individual contributor, you will collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Research to ensure our ecosystem doesn't just deliver efficiency, but sets the new industry standard for creative tools. You will serve as the voice of design for company-level initiatives, influencing executive leadership to define the future of high-craft, immersive creation.</p>

<h4>You Will:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Set design vision and strategy: define and communicate Creator Ecosystem centric goals, success metrics, roadmaps, and long-term direction.</li>
<li>Map the invisible services that define the creator's lifecycle on Roblox and define the core end-to-end journeys for critical workflow across the Creator Ecosystem.</li>
<li>Build partnerships across Product, Engineering, Content Design, and Research to deliver complex roadmaps and frameworks.</li>
<li>Champion experimentation, fast iteration, and data-driven decision making.</li>
<li>Drive innovation by staying ahead of trends.</li>
<li>Translate abstract ideas into actionable feature concepts and partner with designers to bring them to life, ensuring quality delivery from concept to launch.</li>
<li>Elevate design standards, patterns, and system adoption across the org; share best practices and coach others.</li>
<li>Inspire and mentor peer designers, raising the bar for craft.</li>
</ul>
<h4>You Have:</h4>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of product design experience and leadership within world-class technology, entertainment, or gaming organizations.</li>
<li>Track record of delivering complex ecosystem level design solutions that drive success.</li>
<li>A 'Systems-First' brain. You see the ripples that a change in one API causes across the entire creator journey.</li>
<li>Experience partnering with research, data science, engineering, and policy/safety teams.</li>
<li>Exceptional taste and vision in visual, motion, prototyping, or 3D design for interactive experiences.</li>
