We build and maintain the crucial operational infrastructure—including process, technology, data governance, and compliance—which empowers Talent Acquisition (TA) to consistently find, interview, and achieve the best possible hiring outcomes for the organization.</p> <p>As a Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations, you are the visionary leader responsible for the execution of this mission, guiding change management across the TA organization. You will leverage your expertise and creativity to drive operational efficiency and enhance data-driven decision making, bringing a strong point of view on what constitutes a world-class RecOps function. This leadership role demands an exceptional individual who can empower their team to continuously refine the systems, tools, and processes used to support recruiting and hiring teams, ultimately ensuring a scalable and successful hiring environment.</p> <p>Role is based in our San Mateo, CA locations, no exceptions on location. We work in the office Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. </p> <h3><strong>You Will</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Lead the vision and strategy</strong> for the Recruiting Operations team, aligning your team’s roadmap with overall Talent Acquisition (TA) and business goals. This includes identifying and executing large-scale transformation initiatives that improve efficiency and consistency across the entire recruitment lifecycle.</li> <li><strong>Establish and oversee the TA technology stack</strong> and vendor relationships, leading the discovery, implementation, and administration of systems to enhance global hiring capabilities.</li> <li><strong>Champion data-driven decision making</strong> by advancing the use of recruiting analytics and partnering with TA to define key metrics of success, including overseeing data integrity, establishing quality control frameworks and leading audit projects.</li> <li><strong>Act as a subject matter expert and strategic thought partner, </strong>utilizing deep knowledge of the internal and external hiring landscape to lead and drive key operational projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions adapt to evolving business needs.</li> <li><strong>Own TA Policy, Governance, and Compliance</strong> by defining and overseeing official guidelines, standards, and oversight (e.g., Global Recruiting Policy, Approval Hierarchies, Data Privacy) to ensure control, accountability, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., EEO/OFCCP).</li> <li><strong>Provide guidance and mentorship to your team, </strong>fostering the professional development and growth of individuals while ensuring deliverables are aligned with the overarching TA strategy and organizational goals.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Have: </strong></h3> <ul> <li><st ...
