You will build, operationalize, and scale Roblox’s regulatory readiness and compliance program. You will partner with the legal, business, and product teams to build process documentation, create scalable solutions, and manage escalations. </p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly-organized, motivated, reliable and execution oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to effectively manage multiple highly cross functional programs at once. </p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Build Scale the Program</strong> <ul> <li>Design and operationalize end-to-end compliance workflows, moving us from manual processes to automated, scalable systems.</li> <li>Drive the strategy and build-out of a centralized regulatory compliance tracking tool.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Drive Regulatory Compliance Execution</strong> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end program management of execution on complex, international regulatory initiatives.</li> <li>Act as the bridge between Legal/Compliance, Product, and Engineering by resolving ambiguity, developing scalable and efficient solutions, proactively identifying risks, and effectively communicating through the lifecycle of compliance execution.</li> <li>Lead development of regulatory response plans for major regulations (e.g., UK OSA, DSA)</li> <li>Proactively identify key compliance risks and communicate with stakeholders and senior leadership</li> <li>Work with team members across multiple time zones</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience on regulatory compliance programs, ideally at a global or technology company</li> <li>3+ years working in a highly regulated domain such as integrity, online safety, privacy, or security</li> <li>Experience configuring and deploying enterprise-grade project management or GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools (e.g., Jira Advanced Roadmaps, ServiceNow, or custom internal builds). Experience with Airtable is highly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to map complex workflows and successfully transition manual operational processes into automated technical solutions</li> <li>Proven experience working on highly cross-functional initiatives and regulatory compliance programs</li> <li>Experience in project and program management, including problem solving, time management, organization, critical issue management and metrics development</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below.
