You will be solving problems of scale, architecture, design, and communication to develop software which will allow larger and better collaboration between large teams of developers and artists in the Roblox community. One of the areas will be around our flagship <a href="https://developer.roblox.com/en-us/articles/Team-Create">Team Create</a> product which enables creators to collaborate in real-time with friends and co-workers. Join us in our mission to make collaboration development performant, social and most of all fun!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help and understand the needs of the community that uses our software, from beginning artists to professional scripters and designers.</li> <li>Take ownership and responsibility for designing, building, testing, and deploying services within the Roblox ecosystem.</li> <li>Work on a variety of unique technical challenges within complex systems..</li> <li>Be a technical bar-raiser for high code quality, architectural designs, and long-term planning</li> <li>Mentor and develop fellow engineers on the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience architecting, designing and leading implementation of a wide array of software products</li> <li>Experience supporting mission-critical applications at scale</li> <li>Proficiency in C#, C++, Java, Python or similar programming languages</li> </ul> <p><strong>You Are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>An outstanding software engineer with 7+ years shipping high complexity code</li> <li>Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases at scale</li> <li>Knowledgable on the components required to build modern large-scale infrastructure.
