We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting engineering talent. This person is a strong communicator, collaborator, and leads by example. Successful Builders embrace change and we encourage bringing in fresh ideas and a culture of feedback. As a Talent Business Partner you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.</p>
<p><strong>You Will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive hiring for critical technical roles across ML/AI, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.</li>
<li>Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms.</li>
<li>Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale.</li>
<li>Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.</li>
<li>Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.</li>
<li>Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.</li>
<li>Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.</li>
<li>Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML, etc).</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets</li>
<li>A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation.</li>
<li>A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.</li>
<li>A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box</li>
</ul>
