Crisis Specialist I

We offer competitive shift differential pay for evening and overnight schedules (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts).</p> <p> </p> <p data-path-to-node="6"><strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="0">Education Experience (Qualified Paths)</strong> To be considered, you must meet <strong data-path-to-node="6" data-index-in-node="73">one</strong> of the following criteria:</p> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">High School Diploma/GED</strong> plus <strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="29">4 years</strong> of full-time behavioral health work experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Associate Degree</strong> in a behavioral health field, plus <strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="51">2 years</strong> of full-time behavioral health work experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Bachelor’s Degree</strong> in a behavioral health field, plus <strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="52">1 year</strong> of full-time behavioral health work experience.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Master’s Degree</strong> in a behavioral health or substance use field, plus behavioral health work experience preferred.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em><strong>Behavioral health professionals and contact call center experience preferred.</strong></em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Join Our Team as a Crisis Specialist – Where Every Day We Inspire Hope!</strong></p> <p>Are you ready to make a difference in people's lives?
