<p><strong>The Job/What You’ll Do: </strong></p>
<p>The Brand and Development Team is responsible for creating a best-in-class internal and external experience for customers and employees. The Outreach and Experience Specialist supports and coordinates efforts across the brand and development teams, which include marketing, communications, outreach, employee experience, and inclusion. The Outreach and Experience Specialist will be a champion for Solari’s brand. Educating external audiences about Solari’s services and engaging employees internally to cultivate an inclusive and service-driven culture.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>OUTREACH</p>
<ul>
<li>Assists with projects and efforts to support community education/outreach to improve overall organization culture, branding, and community integration.</li>
<li>Develop and present Solari’s services to external organizations and groups to increase brand awareness and educate the community on available services.</li>
<li>Represents Solari at events, including but not limited to community/health fairs, conferences, trainings, cultural events, and others, to achieve strategic goals.</li>
<li>Acts as an information conduit between the community and Solari programs/services, connecting individuals to resources and alerting Solari departments of community feedback and needs.</li>
<li>Supports community outreach by tabling events and corresponding with community partners.</li>
</ul>
<p>EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE</p>
<ul>
<li>Serves as a liaison between staff and management to provide feedback loops on the employee experience.</li>
<li>Helps plan and coordinate employee appreciation events.</li>
<li>Develops materials to educate staff on upcoming events or new processes/practices.</li>
<li>Develop and organize opportunities for employees to volunteer in their communities.</li>
<li>Along with the Manager, develop an employee anniversary program.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Some knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, PPC, etc.</li>
<li>Keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive working independently and cross-functionally, managing multiple viewpoints.</li>
<li>Good understanding of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with other marketing-related technologies such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Zoom, WordPress, Interact Intranet, Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter Ads, and/or similar technologies preferred but not necessary.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of graphic design preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to act professionally and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and staff.</li>
<li>Ability to report as scheduled to work, meetings, training, and job-related activities prepared and as scheduled.</li>

<p><strong>Education Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>0-2 years of experience in Administrative tasks, community outreach/relations, behavioral health, or related fields, Required</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Community/public relations, or related field, Preferred</li>
<li>Experience in marketing B2C services is a plus, preferably in mental health or a highly regulated industry.</li>
