<p><strong>The Job/What You’ll Do: </strong></p> <p>Responsible for AZ CRN full-cycle recruitment and new-hire onboarding processes. Serves as the primary HR point of contact for candidates and new employees through their first week of employment. Ensures accurate data entry, compliance documentation, and onboarding coordination across departments. Tracks and analyzes onboarding and retention metrics to identify trends and support employee onboarding experience improvements.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Executes full-cycle recruitment activities for AZ CRN, in addition to supporting all candidate communication and interview coordination.</li> <li>Coordinate candidate onboarding processes and communications, including questions and troubleshooting, for new hires through their first week.</li> <li>Enter and maintain candidate and employee data in HR systems and tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li> <li>Process employment documentation, including I-9 verification and required compliance records.</li> <li>Initiate system access and onboarding workflows (e.g., HMIS setup) for new employees.</li> <li>Coordinate cross‑departmental onboarding efforts as the HR liaison, ensuring hiring managers, training, IT, and other teams are aligned.</li> <li>Present policy overview during virtual New Employee Orientation (NEO).</li> <li>Monitor onboarding feedback and survey data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Escalate significant onboarding or employee experience concerns as appropriate.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Appropriate handling of sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality</li> <li>Planning and organizational skills</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Data analysis and management</li> <li>Sound judgment and decision-making skills</li> <li>Problem analysis and resolution</li> <li>Stress management</li> <li>Appreciation and understanding of diversity</li> <li>Conflict management and resolution collaborative skills</li> <li>Ability to act professionally and maintains appropriate boundaries with clients and staff.</li> <li>Ability to report as scheduled to work, meetings, training, and job-related activities prepared and as scheduled.</li> <li>Ability to consistently demonstrate compassion and meet people with compassion; Effort, every interaction deserves my best effort; and Ownership, which drives the company's success.</li> <li>Maintains an open and accepting mindset by being an active learner, participating in discussions with others, trying new approaches and ideas, and being self-aware and self-reflective for continual personal, professional and leadership growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Education Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in field, Required </li> <li>SHRM Certification or equivalent, Preferred</li> <li>Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field, Preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sup><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></sup></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><sup>While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
