We work to standardize Agile methodologies for the organization, evangelize process improvements, and lead cross-team communications. By joining the Technology Solutions team, you’ll be a part of our Global Team of IT professionals, helping deliver the tools, services, and technical solutions that enable our internal teams to deliver a world-class anime experience to fans each and every day. </p> <ul> <li>This is a full-time, on-site position based in <strong>Dallas, TX; or Los Angeles, CA</strong></li> <li>Standard business hours with occasional travel for vendor meetings or project support as needed.</li> <li>Collaborative, cross-functional team environment with exposure to enterprise-level IT operations.</li> </ul> <h2>Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!</h2> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager with a passion for leading teams, coordinating information, and solving problems across the IT organization.</p> <p>This role will be based on-site at least 3 days per week in one of our office locations—Dallas, TX; or Los Angeles, CA—and will play a critical role in managing IT initiatives. (Candidates must be able to work onsite at one of these locations)</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a strong program management background, has demonstrated the ability to deliver against company strategic goals, and drives value through efficient process and data-driven insights.</p> <p>This position will report into the Senior Director of Program Management for the Technology Solutions group and will work closely with various teams across the business to support pivotal initiatives.</p> <h3><strong>Core Areas of Responsibility</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Organize, plan and track ongoing projects and strategic initiatives for the Technology Solutions teams</li> <li>Oversee the day-to-day progress of projects and initiatives with regard to schedule, scope, and process - and organizes information so it’s digestible for a globally distributed team</li> <li>Effectively lead meetings, track next actions, and proactively follow up on action items</li> <li>Build and leverage effective partnerships across technical and business communities</li> <li>Serve as a key liaison with relevant business groups to facilitate planning and collaboration between teams, align on goals, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and effectively communicate regular updates to all stakeholders</li> <li>Demonstrate an understanding of the business and its structure, processes, and tools, and how initiatives positively impact the overall business </li> <li>Establish and maintain best practices and repeatable processes to increase ef ...
