Warehouse Lead

<p><strong>Vernon Distribution Center, Full-Time On-Site, Flexible to work various shifts as needed</strong></p> <p>Our<strong> </strong>Warehouse Lead possesses excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing Leads and the production, quality, and safety of our Outbound and Inbound Departments. </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates throughout the year and during sale seasons</li> <li>Review and assign team to their duties according to the WLA</li> <li>Monitor productivity of team and update UPH charts every hour to ensure goals are being met</li> <li>Ensure Department SLAs are being met</li> <li>Account for all equipment and make sure they are in working condition</li> <li>Audit team to ensure they are following the correct procedures and meeting quality standards</li> <li>Ensure all safety rules are strictly followed</li> <li>Track employee-related errors and coach whenever necessary</li> <li>Ensure backlogs are under control</li> <li>Investigate and resolve any process discrepancies and problem-solving errors </li> <li>Track and properly dispose of any hazardous materials</li> <li>Foster and maintain good communication with other department leads</li> <li>Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area</li> <li>Track department supplies and coordinate with the Inventory Team for restocks</li> <li>Maintain good communication with management by communicating issues that arise during the shift</li> <li>Responsible for completing Start-of-Shift (SOS) and End-of-Shift (EOS) checklists</li> <li>Complete EOS reports and speak to any misses within your department</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment</li> <li>Previous or similar experience in a leadership position</li> <li>Fast and efficient while maintaining a focus on safety and quality</li> <li>Great communications skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a team environment </li> <li>Takes pride in punctuality for themselves and their team members</li> <li>Experience working with computers/RF scanners</li> <li>Working knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs</li> <li>Great organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>At Reformation, we believe in transparency and equity when it comes to compensation. For this role, the anticipated hourly range is <strong>$20.00 – $22.00 per hour </strong>+ bonus 1% eligibility, depending on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.</p> <p>This role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a range of factors, including company performance, department goals, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company’s discretion.</p> <p>Please note that compensation decisions are made thoughtfully and may vary from the listed range to reflect individual circumstances and evolving business needs.
