<p>The Dealer Relations Account Executive will focus on maintaining and growing CarGurus’ existing customer base in the Canada market through the analysis of performance data, re-negotiation of subscription rates, prospecting of potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and mitigation of customer churn. Additionally, you will be responsible for active account management including, but not limited to, addressing and resolving all issues that customers may encounter with their subscriptions.</p>
<p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of sales experience working within a target driven sales environment</li>
<li>Retention/nurturing, renewals, upsell/cross-sell is a must</li>
<li>Churn reduction experience would be an advantage</li>
<li>Ability to negotiate and build strong rapport/relationships with clients</li>
<li>Developed pipeline forecasting skills</li>
<li>Good organizational communication abilities</li>
<li>Able to adapt to change within a rapidly evolving business environment</li>
<li>Self-driven and passionate about cars!</li>
<li>Automotive experience a plus<br><br></li>

<p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of sales experience in a closing role</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent professional experience</li>
<li>Strong sense of customer service</li>
<li>Sales pipeline forecasting experience</li>
<li>Good organizational problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>Able to adapt to change within a rapidly evolving business environment</li>
<li>Strong internal motivation</li>
<li>Industry experience a plus</li>

On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.<br><br>Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.<br><br>This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package.
