You will be responsible for leading the reliability, scalability, and day-to-day operations of our data platform, ensuring trusted and timely data for stakeholders in Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering. You will own the platform roadmap across ingestion, orchestration, storage, and observability; set and uphold SLAs, cost, security, and quality controls; and establish operational best practices and runbooks.
