Come join us for the ride!</p></div><p><strong>Role overview</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Principal Process Excellence Analyst</strong> is responsible for evaluating, designing, and continuously improving end-to-end People and Talent processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, employee-centered, and aligned with business strategy. This role partners closely with People Talent leaders, People Strategy Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline and standardize how work gets done, and deliver sustainable process improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness. The role will also lead the identification and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve cycle time and quality, and strengthen decision-making across People Talent.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess and document current-state People Talent processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning development, compensation, workforce planning, offboarding).</li> <li>Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, risks, and opportunities for automation or simplification.</li> <li>Design future-state processes that are scalable, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals.</li> <li>Lead process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks).</li> <li>Translate business and employee needs into clear process requirements and success metrics.</li> <li>Develop process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and change management materials.</li> <li>Support implementation of new or improved processes, including piloting, rollout planning, and adoption tracking.</li> <li>Analyze qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., cycle times, employee feedback, error rates) to measure process effectiveness.</li> <li>Recommend and support improvements to HR systems and tools in partnership with HRIS and technology teams.</li> <li>Design, configure, and implement HR system solutions, workflows, and internal tools (e.g., within Workday or automation platforms) to automate processes and directly enable future-state process designs.</li> <li>Establish governance and continuous improvement practices to ensure processes remain effective over time.</li> <li>Lead AI-enabled process improvements across HR, from use-case identification through pilot, rollout, and adoption measurement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in process engineering, process improvement, operations, or HR transformation.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience improving complex, cross-functional processes.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead change through stakeholder influe ...
