Come join us for the ride!</p></div><p><strong>Role overview</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a strategic, programmatic-minded Senior Recruiter to architect and drive two of our talent engines: our Early Career Program (ECP) and our Global Offshore program. You aren't just filling seats; you are building and maintaining partnerships with Universities and the international infrastructure that helps support the future of our workforce.</p> <p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Recruiter, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will manage many moving parts—from university partnerships to complex offshore hiring across various time zones and partners. This is a high-visibility role that requires a "programmatic" approach to ensure consistency, quality, and velocity are met while supporting peaks in volume.</p> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end recruitment for our interns and co-ops.</li> <li>Develop vetting frameworks that look beyond resumes to identify high-potential, bar-raising talent with the learning agility to grow into future leaders.</li> <li>Move beyond standard career fairs. Build deep, long-term strategic partnerships/relationships with target Universities and student organizations </li> <li>Programmatic oversight and management of the "moving parts" of the candidate journey, ensuring a premium experience for students from the first touchpoint to their full-time conversion.</li> <li>Scale Global Footprint: Partner with engineering and product leadership to support our offshore presence across LATAM, India, and Europe.</li> <li>Vendor Partner Management: Act as the primary TA contact for our offshore partners, ensuring alignment on quality and flow.</li> <li>Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of international talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and geopolitical factors </li> <li>Leveling Calibration: Act as a Talent Advisor to break "resume paralysis." Lead live calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on leveling before a search begins.</li> <li>Strategic Sourcing: Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools to find "passive" high-potential talent that traditional university or offshore methods might overlook.</li> <li>Data-Driven Storytelling: Use metrics to track the health of your pipelines and identify bottlenecks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Programmatic Organized: You thrive when managing multiple workstreams.
