Senior Renewals Operations Analyst

This role is critical in ensuring that all upcoming renewals from our installed base are accurately forecasted in the pipeline. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the Renewals team, addressing system constraints and diligently managing transaction workloads to assist with renewal bookings on time.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong><br> <ol> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Maintain CRM field accuracy and integrity for forecast/pipeline reports.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Perform regular pipeline scrubbing to ensure data accuracy and reliability.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Master the intake, analysis, and resolution of administrative and operational inquiries related to renewals.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Address any system constraints that may impact renewal processes.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) effectively, particularly for stage management and pipeline tracking.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Analyze deals outside of our standard framework to ensure accurate ARR calculation and allocation across business units.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Track manually inputted deals to ensure accuracy and consistency.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Refine existing policies and processes to serve Renewal Business.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Implement improvements to enhance overall renewal operations.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Knowledge on quote to order processes will be an added advantage.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Create and distribute monthly reports for management, including dashboards in SFDC.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-1e80add2-7fff-6566-17fc-493a574a272a">Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to identify and address issues, and improve business and financial performance.</span></li> </ol> <div><strong>Experience you’ll need:</strong> <ol> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-a504a6b7-7fff-5d99-021b-aa1d4237107f">6-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or Sales.</span></li> <li><span id="m_-4913529408208916691m_-3295063852037785853gmail-docs-internal-guid-a504a6b7-7fff-5d99-021b-aa1d4237107f">Proven experience in the Renewal Business, with an ability to navigate a high-volume, multi- ...
