With our massive undertaking, there is a lot of opportunity for personal growth and contribution to a product unlike anything built before. </p> <p>We are today the Fastest-growing Enterprise Startup ever in the history of Silicon Valley!</p> <p><strong>What you'll do :</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong SFDC service cloud developer.</li> <li>Creative, innovative and design thinking to enable and improve business processes through new or enhanced products / tools.</li> <li>Strong blend of business sense and process knowledge: You evaluate things holistically and think through the objectives, impacts, best practices, and what will be simple and scalable.</li> <li>Define IT solutions to various business needs and communicate in clear terms to business unit management the IT solution alternatives and assist them in their decision making.</li> <li>High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Multi-tasking prioritization expertise: Experience (and preferably an enjoyment of) balancing numerous different priorities and demands.</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and interact with cross-functional teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications : </strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8+ years of experience on SFDC Service Cloud</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Customer Community including forums</li> <li>Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL</li> <li>Maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications;</li> <li>Maintenance of data and mitigation of data issues</li> <li>Collaboration with subject matter experts, business analysts, and developers to build best solutions</li> <li>Good documentation skills </li> <li>Guide the QA and business teams during the testing process</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h2>Join Us in Securing the World's Data</h2> <p>Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
