Sr. Financial Analyst - GTM

<p>The Senior Finance Analyst will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Finance team. Reporting to Senior Manager Finance, they will own Americas GTM reporting to finance and sales leaders. They will manage Americas Sales Headcount, TE expense, and support key deliverables like annual planning, Americas bookings forecast, BvA analysis, monthly/quarterly financial reporting and ad hoc analysis of the business. From day one, this role and their work will have high visibility and impact to the senior management at Rubrik.</p> <p>This position will be based in Palo Alto, California and will require in-office attendance 3 days a week.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own Americas sales headcount management and collaborate with Sales Ops and Recruiting to maintain accurate source of truth for actuals forecasts. </li> <li>Construct present monthly and quarterly review of Americas Sales to Sales and Finance Executive Leaders</li> <ul> <li>Bookings by Product / team</li> <li>Expense by type / team</li> <li>Pipeline generation, conversion trends, risks</li> <li>Commission attainment analysis</li> <li>Productivity analysis</li> <li>Tracking KPIs for Marketing, Channel, SDR orgs that support Americas Sales </li> </ul> <li>Lead quota planning for Americas</li> <li>Lead the BvA explanation for Americas to Finance Executive Leaders</li> <li>Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management as needed to review and improve business and financial performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Skills Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail</li> <li>5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years and a Master’s degree</li> <li>Advanced Excel Google Sheets skills</li> <li>Excellent analytical and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationship with key partners</li> <li>Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy</li> </ul> <p><strong>It is helpful, but not required to have</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Workday, Coupa</li> <li>Prior experience managing headcount and conducting BvA calls (Budget vs Actual)</li> <li>Experience with sales bookings plan, expense plan, sales headcount ratios</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">#LI-KY1</span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location.
