<h2>About the team:</h2> <p>The Information Technology team at Rubrik influences business processes, employee experience, and technologies to scale our organization to $1B+. This team creates operational efficiency across the company by centralizing the management of Infrastructure, Technology, and Data. The IT team ensures all stages of the software development lifecycle in a secured environment and scrutinizes the deployment of proper processes along with governance. They champion Rubrik on Rubrik and are the first customers of the Engineering teams at Rubrik.</p> <p>Rubrik Corp IT is constructed of 100% SaaS and 0% on-premises. The IT team caters to accelerated enhancement of business value and multiple day-to-day business processes through our varied SaaS applications like<a href="http://salesforce.com/"> Salesforce.com</a>, Oracle Netsuite, Workday, Snowflake, Etrade, jitterbit, Allocadia, etc. This team also delivers high-paced business outcomes with 100% system uptime backed by agile, nimble, simple, but cohesive Cloud architectures.</p> <h2>About the role:</h2> <p>We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Staff IT Product Manager specializing in the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the QTC lifecycle within a company's systems and processes. </p> <p>The QTC process encompasses the entire sales cycle, from generating an initial quote for a product or service to collecting the final payment.</p> <h2>What you'll do:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Leading Product Strategy:</strong> Developing and driving the vision and execution of the Quote to Cash platform and its integrations, often including systems like Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Order Management (OM), and Service contract/Entitlement.</li> <li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Owning, optimizing, and continuously improving end-to-end QTC business processes. This includes identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> Acting as a liaison between various teams including Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth execution of QTC initiatives.</li> <li><strong>Technology Implementation and Integration:</strong> Overseeing the implementation, integration, and adoption of QTC solutions and related technologies.</li> <li><strong>Roadmap Development:</strong> Defining and maintaining a product roadmap for QTC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.</li> <li><strong>Requirements Management:</strong> Translating business requirements into detailed specifications (e.g., user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria) for development teams.</li> <li><strong>Analytics and Reporting:</strong> Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to QTC, such as quote acceptance rates, time-to-cash, and billing accuracy, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li><strong>Change Management:</strong> Leading and supporting change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the organization. </li> </ul> <h2>Experience you'll need:</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Extensive Product Management Experience:</strong> 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably with direct ownership of QTC systems and workflows, and experience in an Agile development environment.</li> <li><strong>QTC Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of the entire Quote-to-Cash process, including sales, contract management, order management, billing, and revenue recognition.</li> <li><strong>Technical Acumen:</strong> Strong understanding of the technology landscape related to QTC, including CRM systems like Salesforce, CPQ tools, and billing platforms.</li> <li><strong>Business Analysis Skills:</strong> Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements, identify process ...
