Engineering Team Manager, Website Fundamentals (Backend)

<p data-pm-slice="1 3 []">In Dublin, the Websites team is expanding its engineering presence to take on some of Squarespace's most foundational technical challenges. We are now looking for an Engineering Manager to shape the foundational architecture of our Websites group.</p> <p>You will establish clear ownership of shared dependencies, drive technical direction, and foster a culture of sustainable innovation. Your will be the catalyst for creating high-performance, scalable infrastructure that empowers our developers and realizes our long-term product vision.</p> <p>In this strategic role, you will build and lead a new platform-focused team dedicated to architectural excellence and modernizing core systems to accelerate engineering velocity.</p> <p>The team's work directly impacts millions of users and sets the foundation for future growth at Squarespace.</p> <p>You will report directly to the Engineering Manager for Websites Applications in Dublin.
