Senior Product Designer, Acuity Communications

<p>Acuity Scheduling is a distinct product within the Squarespace suite that helps entrepreneurs start and grow appointment-based businesses. We enable their clients to schedule seamlessly, manage day-to-day operations efficiently, and remove the administrative burden so they can focus on what they love.</p> <p>The newly formed Communications team owns every touchpoint that connects our users with their clients: confirmation and reminder emails, SMS notifications, marketing and lifecycle messaging. These are among the most visible and impactful parts of our product, helping businesses stay connected, reduce no-shows, and drive growth.</p> <p>As the founding designer on this team, you’ll shape the end-to-end experience of communications on Acuity. You’ll explore how messaging can be simpler, smarter, and more personalized, balancing user needs, business outcomes, and technical feasibility.
