<li data-start="1201" data-end="1344">Design and execute a global strategy for outbound prospecting and inbound conversion that consistently generates pipeline and drives revenue.</li>
<li data-start="1347" data-end="1488">Stand up and scale an AI-augmented SDR engine that blends human creativity with machine efficiency for higher velocity and better outcomes.</li>
<li data-start="1491" data-end="1588">Identify and qualify opportunities that convert into revenue at a predictable, repeatable rate.</li>
<li data-start="1591" data-end="1723">Recruit, coach, and develop SDR talent, equipping your team with the skills, mindset, and drive needed to achieve ambitious goals.</li>

<ul>
<li data-start="2619" data-end="2716">At least 2 years of experience managing an SDR team with ownership of SQL and pipeline targets.</li>
<li data-start="2719" data-end="2874">Demonstrated experience implementing AI in the SDR motion (from pilot to scaled program) with measurable improvements in productivity or cost efficiency.</li>
<li data-start="2877" data-end="2926">A minimum of 5 years of total sales experience.</li>
<li data-start="2929" data-end="2958">Bachelor’s degree required.</li>
<li data-start="2961" data-end="3049">Experience operating across global regions; EMEA and APAC experience is a strong plus.</li>
