Product Manager, AI Agent (Intern)

Trusted by 4,000+ of the world’s most popular apps—including industry leaders like Match Group, Virgin Mobile, Noom, Hyundai, and Redfin—Sendbird powers over 7 billion messages every month.<br><br>We are looking for an intern to work on one of our top initiatives : Sendbird's AI Agent platform. <br>You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to support building, integrating, and deploying intelligent agents across real-world use cases.<br>If you are excited about AI, curious about how products solve real customer problems, and eager to learn fast - you'll fit right in, <br><br></p> <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work alongside the AI Agent Product Manager to build and deploy AI agents on Sendbird’s platform and integrate with customers’ systems.</li> <li>Participate in market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities that strengthen the AI Agent's positioning in the industry.</li> <li>Learn to navigate the AI technology stack, including LLM evaluation (Claude, GPT, Gemini), RAG pipelines, TTS solutions, evaluations, and vector stores - assisting in documentation, benchmarking, and internal evaluations.</li> <li>Support and lead new initiatives (0 --> 1 or incremental releases), including drafting product requirement documents, managing internal feedback, and tracking post-launch performance. </li> <li>Participate in weekly product reviews and OKR check-ins, contributing insights and supporting team execution with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Assist in preparing product demos, presentations, and customer communication materials to evangelize the AI Agent vision internally and externally</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who you are </strong></p> <ul> <li>Customer-Centric Learner : You are curious about how products can solve real customer problems and create delightful user experiences.
