Bilingual Recruiter – Home Care We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for caregiver roles (Companions, HHAs, CNAs, PCAs) supporting US-based operations. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for caregiver roles in the US. • Create and publish job postings across platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media). • Screen resumes; verify experience, availability, and work authorization. • Conduct structured phone/video interviews. • Present shortlisted candidates with clear notes and recommendations. • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings. • Verify certifications and licenses (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.). • Ensure compliance with US labor regulations and home care standards. • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Promote a positive, professional recruitment experience. • Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline for recurring needs. • Use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and hiring progress. • Prepare recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements. • Partner with Operations, Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams. • Assist Scheduling operations as needed. • Report weekly progress, bottlenecks, and market insights. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related fields. • 2–3+ years of US full-cycle recruitment experience. • Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior care preferred. • Strong interviewing, screening, and compliance management skills. • Proficiency with Office tools, ATS, and recruitment systems. • English language proficiency at C1 level.
