We’re looking for our first Head of Account Management to scale and professionalize our post-sales motion. As our customer base grows fast, Account Management is shifting from reactive renewals to proactive retention and expansion. You will own this transition end-to-end. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You build structure, coach the team, and make sure renewals and expansions are predictable, well-run, and data-driven.
Responsibilities
Own the Account Management function across all segments
Define account segmentation, portfolio size, and operating cadence
Run renewal and expansion forecasting and deal reviews
Build and maintain renewal and expansion playbooks
Coach Account Managers through call shadowing and feedback
Own retention, churn, and expansion metrics and reporting
