Job Description

<p><strong>The customer care agent (CCA)&#xa0;</strong>is&#xa0;an&#xa0;agent that answers customer complaints from all around the globe. They must answer e-mails and phone calls of&#xa0;customers and store each case in&#xa0;a&#xa0;dedicated tool.
