<p><strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to join Anaplan’s growing Global Capability Center (GCC) in Gurgaon. This role will be the primary escalation point for employee relations issues and a key partner in executing HR programs, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace.</p>
<p>You will play a central role in supporting employee relations and compliance across the organization, while also supporting the development of a scalable People function. While the initial years will focus on establishing a solid foundation, the role offers <strong>significant growth potential</strong> within the GCC, including exposure to cross-region HR practices and strategic initiatives.</p>
<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong> Employee Relations </strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Act as the primary escalation point for employee queries and concerns that require specialist attention beyond our Tier 1 People Operations team.</li>
<li>Lead or support investigations into moderately complex employee relations cases, facilitate conflict resolution, and manage disciplinary processes, ensuring company policies are applied fairly and consistently.</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on handling employee relations issues, performance management, and best practices, escalating high-risk cases to the HR Manager.</li>

<li><strong> Compliance HR Programs</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Partners with the HR Manager to ensure that all HR policies and Indian labor laws are consistently followed across the organization.</li>
<li>Support execution of annual HR programs, including performance appraisals, employee surveys, training, and engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Assist with internal and external HR audits, reporting, and manage compliance documentation.</li>

<li><strong> Shared Services Operational Excellence:</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate closely with the People Operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of day-to-day HR services and mentor on complex operational matters.</li>
<li>Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex HR scenarios and policy interpretations</li>
<li>Partner with the HR Manager on process improvements and strategic HR initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the People function.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>Experience Skills Required</u></strong></p>
