<p><strong>Engineering Manager - CRM </strong></p> <p>CallPotential is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. This role focuses on driving product success through a strong understanding of systems thinking and integration. The Engineering Manager will lead the team in developing high-quality software solutions, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting inclusivity, high performance, and continuous improvement. </li> <li>Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions aligned with business objectives. </li> <li>Implement efficient engineering processes using systems thinking and integration.</li> <li>Guide architectural decisions and drive innovative solutions. </li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Operations. Manage project timelines and resources, focusing on delivering high-quality, customer-centric products. </li> <li>Foster a culture of trust and collaboration, encouraging open communication and feedback. </li> <li>Utilize modern software development methodologies to streamline processes. What You’ll Need </li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role within the payments industry. </li> <li>Proven experience in designing, executing, and managing complex CRM systems, preferably with exposure to emerging CRM technologies and trends. </li> <li>Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Node, or similar, and familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools. </li> <li>Solid experience in Cloud DevOps practices and proficiency with data lake architectures. </li> <li>In-depth knowledge of CRM protocols </li> <li>Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions. </li> <li>Strong understanding of operational controls and best practices.</li> <li>Proficiency in PHP, AWS and Linus preferred</li> </ul> <p> </p>
