<p>We are a fast-paced, high-growth company seeking a motivated, data-driven, and outcome-oriented sales leader to manage and scale a team of Account Executives in a dynamic business environment.</p>
<p>As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on acquiring new customers, building a pipeline, and accelerating overall sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping sales processes, recruiting and developing top talent, and delivering measurable results. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies, pipeline development, and sales initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Report directly to the RVP, Commercial Sales</li>
<li>Focus heavily on territory planning and execution with a dedicated emphasis on pipeline generation</li>
<li>Develop and implement sales strategies that focus on both short-term revenue goals and long-term pipeline development and work cross-functionally with other teams, like marketing, to align messaging campaigns for maximum impact on pipeline growth</li>
<li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs and be heavily involved in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new reps</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative environment where account executives on your team can learn, grow, and seek professional growth under your leadership</li>
<li>Build and improve processes for team member on-boarding and ramping</li>
<li>Drive alignment with supporting teams across customer success, marketing, solutions architects, and professional services</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-style: italic;"><em>Candidates must be located in the Pacific Time Zone (ideally California)</em></li>
<li>5+ years of experience in successfully selling a technical product (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, OSS preferred)</li>
<li>1+ years of experience successfully managing high performing software sales teams</li>
<li>Startup experience strongly preferred</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC framework </li>
<li>Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing a team </li>
<li>Enjoy coaching and motivating others, leading by example while demonstrating humility</li>
