Remote working is available; however, the successful candidate will be required to attend either <strong data-start="708" data-end="730">Winchester or BNHH</strong> for induction to enable secure remote system access. A laptop and phone will be provided.</p> <p data-start="824" data-end="1077">This opportunity is ideally suited to a <strong data-start="864" data-end="884">Band 6 clinician</strong>, although experienced <strong data-start="907" data-end="928">Band 7 therapists</strong> will also be considered. The contract is expected to run until <strong data-start="992" data-end="1005">30th June</strong>, with the service anticipated to TUPE to another provider thereafter.</p> <hr data-start="1079" data-end="1082"> <h2 data-start="1084" data-end="1109">Key Responsibilities</h2> <p data-start="1111" data-end="1136">In this role, you will:</p> <ul data-start="1138" data-end="1645"> <li data-start="1138" data-end="1207"> <p data-start="1140" data-end="1207">Manage a caseload of adult patients within the community setting.</p> </li> <li data-start="1208" data-end="1292"> <p data-start="1210" data-end="1292">Assess, diagnose and treat adults with speech, language and communication needs.</p> </li> <li data-start="1293" data-end="1381"> <p data-start="1295" data-end="1381">Independently assess and manage patients with <strong data-start="1341" data-end="1354">dysphagia</strong> (essential requirement).</p> </li> <li data-start="1382" data-end="1464"> <p data-start="1384" data-end="1464">Deliver therapy via a combination of face-to-face and telehealth appointments.</p> </li> <li data-start="1465" data-end="1555"> <p data-start="1467" data-end="1555">Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards.</p> </li> <li data-start="1556" data-end="1645"> <p data-start="1558" data-end="1645">Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient-centred care.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-start="1647" data-end="1650"> <h2 data-start="1652" data-end="1686">Qualifications and Experience</h2> <p data-start="1688" data-end="1736">To be considered for this role, you must have:</p> <ul data-start="1738" data-end="2127"> <li data-start="1738" data-end="1809"> <p data-start="1740" data-end="1809">A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).</p> </li> <li data-start="1810" data-end="1853"> <p data-start="1812" data-end="1853">HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.</p> </li> <li data-start="1854" data-end="1919"> <p data-start="1856" data-end="1919">Proven experience working with adults in a community setting.</p> </li> <li data-start="1920" data-end="1986"> <p data-start="1922" data-end="1986">Competency in dysphagia assessment and management (essential).</p> </li> <li data-start="1987" data-end="2061"> <p data ...
