This role offers the opportunity to work across both <strong data-start="657" data-end="694">inpatient and outpatient settings</strong>, managing a varied adult caseload.</p> <p data-start="731" data-end="979">This position is ideal for a confident Band 6 or Band 7 clinician who is competent in the assessment and management of dysphagia and voice disorders, and who is looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity within a supportive clinical environment.</p> <hr data-start="981" data-end="984"> <h3 data-start="986" data-end="1012">Key Responsibilities</h3> <p data-start="1013" data-end="1505">In this role, you will:<br data-start="1036" data-end="1039">• Assess, diagnose, and manage adult patients presenting with dysphagia and voice disorders.<br data-start="1131" data-end="1134">• Manage a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload.<br data-start="1185" data-end="1188">• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.<br data-start="1264" data-end="1267">• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.<br data-start="1323" data-end="1326">• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with professional standards.<br data-start="1420" data-end="1423">• Participate in service development, audits, and clinical governance as required.</p> <hr data-start="1507" data-end="1510"> <h3 data-start="1512" data-end="1547">Qualifications and Experience</h3> <p data-start="1548" data-end="1993">To be considered for this role, you must have:<br data-start="1594" data-end="1597">• A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).<br data-start="1666" data-end="1669">• HCPC registration and eligibility for membership of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).<br data-start="1783" data-end="1786">• Proven experience and clinical competence in adult dysphagia and voice.<br data-start="1859" data-end="1862">• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br data-start="1910" data-end="1913">• The ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload effectively.</p> <hr data-start="1995" data-end="1998"> <h3 data-start="2000" data-end="2023">Why Choose Pulse?</h3> <p data-start="2024" data-end="2369">From the moment you register with Pulse, our focus is entirely on you.
