This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by supporting their physical health, mobility, and overall well-being.</p> <p>You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and deliver tailored physiotherapy interventions that promote independence and improve quality of life for service users.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>You will be responsible for assessing the physical needs of individuals with learning disabilities, developing and implementing personalised treatment plans, and delivering physiotherapy interventions in a variety of settings.
