This role involves working within unplanned care and DTA (Discharge to Assess) beds, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patient outcomes.</p> <p>This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £32 per hour.</p> <p><strong>Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions.</li> <li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.</li> <li>Provide physiotherapy interventions to patients in unplanned care and DTA beds.</li> <li>Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.</li> <li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.</li> <li>Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-management strategies.</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</li> <li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:</strong></p> <ul> <li>HCPC registration</li> <li>Right to work in the UK</li> <li>Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.</li> <li>Previous experience working in a similar healthcare setting.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Commitment to continuous professional development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in unplanned care and DTA beds.</li> <li>Knowledge of current best practices in physiotherapy.</li> <li>Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.</li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in this Band 6 Physiotherapist role, please apply by clicking the apply button.
