The ideal candidate will have management experience, extensive BT knowledge, and prior involvement in UKAS accreditation processes.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>The role involves overseeing blood transfusion services, ensuring compliance with UKAS accreditation standards, and providing strong leadership within the department. The candidate will assist in preparing for UKAS inspections, ensuring all documentation and protocols meet regulatory requirements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality patient care.
