<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Locum Band 7 Specialist Adult Voice Speech and Language Therapist</p> <p><strong>Banding:</strong> Band 7</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote or Clinics across Hull and East Riding</p> <p><strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP</p> <p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> 2–3 days per week (up to 22.5 hours)</p> <p><strong>Rate:</strong> To be confirmed</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p> <p>Pulse is currently seeking a highly experienced Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist (SALT) to independently manage a specialist adult voice caseload. This locum opportunity offers flexibility to work remotely or in-person across clinics in Hull and East Riding.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with voice disorders and demonstrate advanced therapeutic skills, including training in techniques such as the Accent method.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Independently manage a specialist caseload of adult voice patients</li> <li>Deliver evidence-based voice therapy interventions</li> <li>Work remotely or in clinic settings across Hull and East Riding</li> <li> Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development</li> <li> Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient-centred care</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (required)</li> <li>Minimum 3 years’ experience working with voice disorders</li> <li>Completion of short courses related to voice therapy (e.g. Accent method)</li> <li>HCPC registration and full RCSLT membership (required)</li> <li>Experience using SystmOne (preferred for remote working) • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Pulse?</strong></p> <p>At Pulse, we put you first.
