<p data-start="390" data-end="817">We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate <strong data-start="440" data-end="480">Speech and Language Therapist (SALT)</strong> to join a dynamic service in <strong data-start="510" data-end="520">London</strong>, providing support across both <strong data-start="552" data-end="606">special school and mainstream educational settings</strong>. You will work with <strong data-start="627" data-end="666">primary and secondary-aged students</strong>, delivering high-quality assessment and intervention for children and young people with a range of speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).</p>
<p data-start="819" data-end="1206">This position offers a diverse caseload, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference across multiple educational environments. <h3 data-start="1213" data-end="1241"><strong data-start="1217" data-end="1241">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p data-start="1242" data-end="1910">In this role, you will:<br data-start="1265" data-end="1268">• Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of communication and language difficulties in children and young people.<br data-start="1379" data-end="1382">• Provide both direct and indirect therapy within <strong data-start="1432" data-end="1477">mainstream and specialist school settings</strong>.<br data-start="1478" data-end="1481">• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans.<br data-start="1604" data-end="1607">• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards and service policies.<br data-start="1722" data-end="1725">• Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, reviews, and training sessions as required.<br data-start="1812" data-end="1815">• Support the development of communication-friendly environments within the school community.</p>

<h3 data-start="1917" data-end="1954"><strong data-start="1921" data-end="1954">Qualifications and Experience</strong></h3>
<p data-start="1955" data-end="2510">To be considered for this role, you must have:<br data-start="2001" data-end="2004">• A recognised <strong data-start="2019" data-end="2076">degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent)</strong>.<br data-start="2077" data-end="2080">• <strong data-start="2082" data-end="2103">HCPC registration</strong> and eligibility for membership of the <strong data-start="2142" data-end="2201">Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)</strong>.<br data-start="2202" data-end="2205">• Previous experience working with <strong data-start="2240" data-end="2266">paediatric populations</strong>, ideally across both mainstream and special sch ...
