<p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p>
<p>Pulse is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary clinical team at a school in Sutton. This independent specialist day school provides high-quality education for children and young people with autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and associated behavioural challenges. Rated <em>Good</em> by Ofsted, the school offers a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians play a vital role in improving outcomes for young people.</p>

<p>As part of a joined-up clinical model, you will work closely with educational colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments, delivering individualised interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide specialist speech and language therapy interventions for children and young people with autism and associated conditions.</li>
<li>Support teams around the child to ensure clinically informed environments and experiences.</li>
<li>Deliver assessments, therapy plans, and training for staff.</li>
<li>Act as a model, guide, and leader within the multidisciplinary team.</li>
<li>Contribute to service development and clinical governance initiatives.</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.</li>
<li>Proven experience working with children and young people with complex needs.</li>
<li>Ability to deliver therapeutic interventions and support multidisciplinary teams.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.</li>
