Our mobile app and Point of Sale ecosystem simplifies operations, unlocks insights, and gives store owners the tools typically reserved for large corporations.</p> <p>We’re looking for missionaries—not mercenaries—who want to make a real impact on small businesses in America and around the world.</p> <h2><strong><br></strong><strong>Overview</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated <strong>Sales Trainer</strong> to build, refine, and scale SwiftSku’s sales training programs. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about developing people, loves creating structured training content, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a critical role in leveling up our sales team and ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional value to convenience store owners nationwide.</p> <p>As our Sales Trainer, you will design and deliver onboarding, ongoing coaching, product-specific training, and performance-enhancing programs for our global sales organization. You will work closely with leadership to align training with business goals and ensure every sales representative is prepared to succeed.</p> <h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1> <h3><strong>Training Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Design and deliver world-class onboarding programs for new sales hires.<br><br></li> <li>Create role-specific training modules for SDRs, Account Executives, and Account Managers.<br><br></li> <li>Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and role-plays to enhance sales performance.<br><br></li> <li>Develop ongoing learning paths to reinforce skills and introduce new techniques.<br><br></li> <li>Build a knowledge library of playbooks, scripts, objection handling guides, and best practices.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Performance Improvement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Evaluate sales reps’ calls and performance to identify skill gaps.<br><br></li> <li>Provide individualized coaching and actionable feedback.<br><br></li> <li>Partner with sales leadership to set competency benchmarks and performance expectations.<br><br></li> <li>Implement certification programs to ensure sales excellence across the team.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Sales Process Enablement</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Collaborate with leadership to refine and optimize sales processes and messaging.<br><br></li> <li>Work with product and marketing teams to translate product updates into training content.<br><br></li> <li>Introduce training on sales tools (CRM, dialers, analytics, etc.) to improve productivity.<br><br></li> </ul> <h3><strong>Program Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Continuously measure the effectiveness of training programs using data and KPIs.<br><br></li> <li>Maintain a training calendar and ensure consistent and timely execution.<br><br></li> <li>Track rep progress and provide insights on overall team performance and readiness.<br><br></li> </ul> <h1><strong>Who You Are</strong></h1> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years of proven experience</strong> in sales training, enablement, or similar roles.<br><br></li> <li>Strong track record building training programs for fast-growing sales teams.<br><br></li> <li>Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.<br><br></li> <li>Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).<br><br></li> <li> ...
