<p><span class="highlight"><span class="colour"><span class="font"><span class="size">Run regular check-ins and structured reviews that keep customers engaged, supported, and getting value.</span></span></span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><span class="highlight"><span class="colour"><span class="font"><span class="size">Help customers quickly reach their first value milestone and guide them toward deeper use of new features.</span></span></span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><span class="highlight"><span class="colour"><span class="font"><span class="size">Spot when an account is ready to add new products or new store locations and help move them forward.</span></span></span></span></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><span class="highlight"><span class="colour"><span class="font"><span class="size">Collect high-quality customer references that contribute to new revenue.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span class="highlight"><span class="colour"><span class="font"><span class="size">Catch early signs of dissatisfaction and take action to prevent downgrades or churn.</span></span></span></span></p>
