Reporting to the Vice President of HR Business Partners, this role provides expert HR counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to leaders and employees across our global footprint, while driving people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness.</p> <p>This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment. The successful candidate will model Take-Two’s core values of kindness, teamwork, and excellence, and act as a trusted advisor across all levels of the organization.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Take On</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders up to EVP level, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and organizational health.</li> <li>Provide strategic coaching and counsel to leaders and employees on performance management, development, engagement, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations, partnering closely with the Employee Relations and Legal team as needed.</li> <li>Lead and execute core HR programs across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation planning, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and engagement initiatives.</li> <li>Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, supporting business transformation and scalable growth.</li> <li>Analyze and interpret HR data and workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, turnover, job architecture, compensation) to generate insights and inform decision-making.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Development, People Operations, Benefits, People Analytics, etc.) to deliver integrated, high-impact people solutions.</li> <li>Drive process improvement and operational excellence, ensuring HR programs are scalable, consistent, and aligned globally.</li> <li>Act as a trusted advisor with a strong pulse on emp ...
