<p>We are seeking a self-starting individual with great organizational skills and critical thinking that will play a pivotal role managing a combination of events, documents and processes to help continue to build a world class employee experience. You will have a hand in various HR projects and responsibilities including researching innovative benefits perks, professional development opportunities, coordinating company-wide events and more! To thrive in this role, you must excel at juggling multiple tasks and thoroughly enjoy meeting new people. <p><strong> </strong><strong>THE SKILL SET:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>1+ years of professional experience </li>
<li>Previous experience managing programs and schedules </li>
<li>Experience with Excel and/ or G-Suite </li>
<li>Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment</li>
<li>Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization</li>
<li>High level of empathy - it’s important for all members of our people team to provide the best and most accommodating experience possible for our lofters. Employees are our customers!</li>
